Registering hounds.
Before bringing hounds into the grounds, please register your name, the number of hounds, and if any require microchipping at the entrance to the hound registration run.
You will be called up to bring your hound forward.
Please have your game license.
Microchipping and Vaccinations.
Dr. Jude Mulholland (FARRIER VET) will be Microchipping and Vaccinating on the day.
MICROCHIPPING & REGISTRATION $30.00 per Animal
C-5 VACCINATION $50.00 per Animal
[Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, 2x Kennel cough (Parainfluenza and Bordetella)]
ALL DOGS requiring microchips or vaccination are Welcome.
PLEASE NOTE: A LEGITIMATE SOURCE NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED.
These are easily obtained by going to the Animal Welfare Website (Pet Exchange Register Page) and follow the prompts.

Hound Hunting Test.
If you know anyone attending that is going to do their hound hunting (game license) test.
It is preferred that participants pre-register online and have a myGL account.

Bring CASH if possible. EFTPOS services will be limited.
Guests entry fee $20 (under 16 years of age) – Includes Free kids’ activities, Free BBQ, and Free entry to the $500 gate prize.
